A surprise Pillow Exchange at our February Guild Meeting! There are 22 people signed up so far. It’s not
too late to sign up! But if you haven’t started your pillow yet, you should get going soon.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Sign up to participant – email Toni Stevens or Linda George
2. Create one pillow
3. Bring it to the February meeting
4. Go home with a surprise pillow made by another member!
5. Pillows will be exchanged by random drawing — everyone gets a unique handmade treasure!GUIDELINES:
• No specific theme — let your creativity shine!
• Please avoid holiday or religious messages.
• Size: Between 12″ and 18″ in all directions.
• Shape: Your choice — square, rectangle, oval, round, etc.
• Fibers & Techniques: Anything goes! (Knit, crochet, weave, felt, dye, embroider, needlepoint,
sprang, etc.)
• Stuffing: Use polyester fiberfill or a polyester-filled pillow form.
• Construction: Zipper, envelope, or sealed — your choice!
• Embellishments: Go bold! Tassels, beads, fringe, trim, ribbons — whatever strikes your fancy!
